#10 Changes

I'm not the best version of myself.  Not by a long shot.  I fail myself (and those around me) on a daily basis.  Maybe I'm being too hard on myself, but the fact remains that I can do better.  But how?  Why do we get stuck in patterns and ways of being?  It seems to me that we'll always be bad at things unless we make an effort to change that.  Making an effort isn't easy--by definition, but it's worth the attempt.
